Do you love avocados? Me too! Let me tell you a story about the avocados that inspired this painting.
Every year my girlfriends and I take a girls trip. Every year we bizarrely bring too much of something. One time it was butter. Another time it was fruit. But once, we brought TWENTY ripe avocados! (There were 8 people and we planned two meals with avocados.) twenty avocados are too much. When I began painting I promised I would paint avocados. Here is the result.
This painting is gorgeous! It’s probably one of my favorite paintings to date. The colors are rich and vibrant. The avocados look authentic but are surrounded by beautiful accent colors. This would look amazing in a kitchen.
